Refund & Cancelation Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes how your order can be cancelled and / or payment refunded when you make any cancellation from uat.rdfpl.com, herein after referred as “The Site”. This Shipping Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Condition, available at https://uat.rdfpl.com/terms-and-conditions.
- There are no returns / replacements allowed as our products are perishable.
- In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement within 24 hours from the time of order delivery. In case of any complaints, we would require an image of the product delivered to be sent across to us to investigate the complaint. Please reach out to us on +91-9649999100 or write to us at care@rdfpl.com and we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours. Gift voucher will be valid for next 120 days from the date of issue.
- The Site and / or The Company is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any complaint If the complaint is made after 24 hours of the delivery time.
- There are no return pick-ups allowed.
- As soon as we process your refund or issue you a gift voucher, you will receive an email from us informing you of the same. After that the refund amount will reflect into your account as per the standard interbank transaction timelines.
- We don't allow partial / complete cancellation of the order after 2 hours of the order booking time. In case you would like to cancel the order in time, please get in touch with us at the earliest on ‘+91-964999910’ between 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding state & national holidays). If your order time doesn’t fall in between 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday, excluding state & national holidays), you can write to us for the order cancellation on email ‘care@rdfpl.com’
